Thrilling second day's judo at 2018 Tashkent Grand Prix in Uzbekistan

On Day 2 of the 2018 Tashkent Grand Prix, the home crowd were rewarded with a gold medal in the -73kg category by our Man of the Day Khikmatillokh Turaev of Uzbekistan. The home-countryman was on electric form throughout his preliminary contests as he claimed his first Grand Prix gold

Double gold for Kosovo on first day of 2018 Tashkent Judo Grand Prix

A high energy home crowd set a backdrop for a great opening day of judo at the 2018 Tashkent Grand Prix in Uzbekistan. Rio Olympic Champion Majlinda Kelmendi of Kosovo was our Woman of the Day as she took the -52kg gold, while Slovenia’s Adrian Gomboc was our Man of the Day as he won -66kg gold.
