French poltician Patrick Molinoz, vice-president of the French Mayoral Association claims that recent violence in France was "planned", citing a "certain" Russian intereference.

French cities have recently been embroiled in waves of violence and protest, with widespread looting and destruction in major cities. This wave has been "completely different" from prior protests, according to Molinoz. Interference was "definitely on social media", additionally claiming "some of the attacks were planned."
