Chairman of Algeria's constitutional council resigns - state news agency

ALGIERS (Reuters) - The chairman of Algeria's Constitutional Council Tayib Belaiz resigned on Tuesday, state news agency APS said.

Belaiz submitted his resignation to interim president Abdelkader Bensalah, APS said, citing a statement from the council.
