DUBAI (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia and Bahrain have added Iran's Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) and Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani to their lists of people and organisations suspected of involvement in funding terrorism, the Saudi state news agency SPA said on Tuesday, quoting a statement from the security services.
