Buffalos plough through eastern Thailand in annual race

The annual buffalo race with ploughs has taken place in eastern Thailand’s Chonburi Province. Taking place during the farmers’ break from planting season, the race is part of a festival to conserve the buffalo ploughing tradition. The buffalos are valued upwards of 2,400 US dollars each, depending on their performance.
