Several hundred yoga enthusiasts gathered in Budapest’s biggest square to usher the United Nations International Yoga Day into the Hungarian capital.
At sunrise, participants gathered to “Greet the Sun” with their routine.
After the greeting everyone held their favourite yoga position for two minutes, creating a spiritual version of the ‘mannequin challenge’.
International Yoga Day began three years ago and is an annual event that invites people to celebrate “an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition”.
