(Reuters) - China is said to ask state buyers to halt U.S. agriculture imports, a Bloomberg reporter said in a tweet https://twitter.com/mljamrisko/status/1158203158629195777 on Monday.
The development comes after U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday moved to impose a 10% tariff on a remaining $300 billion (£246.9 billion) list of Chinese imports starting Sept. 1.
