“If you don’t have the economic opportunities the employment opportunities for them they are not going to realise that there theyve opportunities and the potential that they’ve got. So we have created an economic environment were there are many many opportunities. And so we are now we’ve got a huge talent pool Thats one of our big attractions for business here but we want to make sure that everybody can take advantage of those – so thats a big area of focus for us over the coming years.”
