WASHINGTON - The European Central Bank may need to cut its growth outlook further as the fallout of Russia's war in Ukraine weighs on households and businesses, ECB President Christine Lagarde said on Thursday.
"Risks are skewed to the downside for growth - so there might be more cuts to come - and to the upside for inflation," Lagarde told a panel discussion at the International Monetary Fund.
