(Reuters) - UK support services group Interserve said on Monday it has been in talks with Coltrane and its lenders, looking for a way to get its top investor on board to back its restructuring proposal.
"Confirms that it has been in discussions with Coltrane and its lenders which have sought to establish the basis on which Coltrane would support the company's restructuring proposal," Interserve said in a statement.
Sky News reported earlier on Monday that lenders are weighing whether to offer existing Interserve investors 7.5 percent of the company's shares ahead of a crunch vote on Friday.
