LONDON (Reuters) - British retailers' investment intentions have fallen to their lowest in seven years ahead of Britain's departure from the European Union and job cuts in the sector have gathered pace, a major survey showed on Friday.
The Confederation of British Industry said that its monthly retail sales balance held steady at zero this month, unchanged from January and below its average for 2018.
Retailers were more upbeat about March, with the strongest outlook since 2015.
