BRUSSELS (Reuters) – Italy’s Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte said on Friday that the European Union was working on measures to compensate sectors hit by duties imposed by the United States after EU’s illegal subsidies to the airplane industry.
“We are working within the European Union for compensatory measures to limit damages for those directly hit” by the new sanctions, Conte told a news conference in Brussels.
