German government lowers 2020 GDP growth forecast to 1% - source

BERLIN (Reuters) – The German government has lowered its 2020 forecast for economic growth to 1.0% from 1.5% before, a source familiar with the projection told Reuters on Tuesday.
The person added that Berlin is still seeing this year’s gross domestic product (GDP) growth at 0.5%.
