OSLO (Reuters) - Norwegian bank DNB still plans to sell its 20-percent stake in stock market operator Oslo Bors VPS to Nasdaq, despite a higher bid by Euronext, the bank said on Monday.
"We've committed to Nasdaq, so this doesn't change anything," DNB spokesman Thomas Midteide said when asked to comment on Euronext's raised offer.
DNB is the largest shareholder of Oslo Bors VPS.
