BERLIN (Reuters) - German Transport Minister Andreas Scheuer said on Tuesday that he had not specifically discussed selling Deutsche Bahn's Arriva international passenger transport business with the state-owned railway's boss.
Scheuer said this would be discussed separately and he had not yet decided whether to sell Arriva.
A source close to the plans had told Reuters on Sunday that Deutsche Bahn wanted to sell its Arriva international subsidiary to plug a 4 billion euro (£3.56 billion) financing gap, though Britain's looming exit from the European Union is making it hard to value the business.
