BEIJING (Reuters) - Foreign direct investment (FDI) in China rose 3 percent in 2018 to $135 billion(105.07 billion pounds), state-run CCTV reported.

The world's second-largest economy also will reduce restrictions on foreign investment and address difficulties facing foreign companies investing in China, Commerce Minister Zhong Shan said in an interview with official media on Saturday.
