Lufthansa in early talks with Do&Co, SATS on possible LSG deal - sources

FRANKFURT (Reuters) - German flagship carrier Lufthansa <LHAG.DE> is in deliberations about a possible tie-up of its catering unit LSG Group with companies such as Austria's Do&Co <DOCO.VI> and Singapore's SATS <SATS.SI>, people close to the matter said.

Lufthansa is exploring options for the unit with the help of Morgan Stanley <MS.N>, but has not launched a formal sales process, the people said.
