Britain's takeover regulator plans rule changes for Brexit

LONDON (Reuters) - Britain's Takeover Panel is proposing changes to its rules regulating merger and acquisition activity in the light of the UK's decision to leave the European Union, the panel said on Monday.

A consultation on its proposals will be open until Dec. 17, it added.
