Finnish consumer, industry confidence fall in October

HELSINKI (Reuters) - Finnish industry and consumer confidence declined in October from the previous month, data published on Monday showed.

Consumer confidence fell to 16.8 points in October from 20.2 points in September, compared to a long-term average of 12.6, Statistics Finland said.

Industry confidence declined to 9 points from 10 points in September, still well above the indicator's long-term average of 1 point, the Confederation of Finnish Industries said in a separate statement.
