Spain's Amadeus to buy U.S.-based TravelClick for $1.52 billion

(Reuters) - Spanish travel technology company Amadeus IT Group <AMA.MC> has agreed to buy U.S.-based TravelClick for $1.52 billion (£1.19 billion), Amadeus said on Friday.

Amadeus will partially finance the deal with a 1 billion euro (£894 million) debt facility, it said.

TravelClick is a provider of products and services for hotels, including online reservation systems.
