MOSCOW - Russia's idle primary oil refining capacity in September has been revised down to 3.826 million tonnes, 11% lower than the previous estimate, sources citing refinery maintenance data said and Reuters calculations showed.
The revision follows several changes in Russian oil refineries' maintenance schedules for next month.
