FRANKFURT - The rise in euro zone inflation still looks temporary, Greek central bank chief Yannis Stournaras told Bloomberg, cautioning against reading too much into a jump that pushed price growth to 3% last month.
"Wage developments and unit labor costs which determine the core of inflation do not show the same volatility as headline inflation," Stournaras said.
"So, on this evidence I would advise caution regarding the course of inflation relative to our medium-term target."
