UK finance minister Hunt says cutting inflation is priority

LONDON – Britain’s finance minister Jeremy Hunt said on Friday the best way to boost the country’s economy is to reduce inflation.

“The best tax cut right now is a cut in inflation,” Hunt said in a speech in central London.
