Russia to channel oil and gas revenues into state spending in 2022 - minister

– Russia will channel oil and gas revenues into state spending this year, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said on Monday.

Siluanov, presenting the budget policy plan for the next three years, said Russia’s budget policy would tighten progressively as the central bank’s monetary policy softens.
