As the hospital train speeds away from the frontline in war-torn Ukraine, electrician Evhen Perepelytsia is taken care of by a nurse from Doctors Without Borders (MSF). Perepelytsia is among 48 wounded and elderly patients to be evacuated from embattled east Ukraine to the the western city of Lviv.
