- Russia's government commission lifted temporary restrictions on real estate deals, giving the green light to Russian citizens to buy and sell real estate from and to non-residents from "unfriendly countries", the finance ministry said on Tuesday.
Non-residents in Russia will receive proceeds from selling real estate to special type-C accounts, the ministry said.
In early March, Russia put some restrictions on real estate deals with foreigners, assigning a special commission to issue permits for such deals.
