Dutch foreign minister urges citizens to leave Ukraine

AMSTERDAM – Dutch foreign minister Wopke Hoekstra called on Dutch citizens on Saturday to leave Ukraine as soon as possible due to the security situation there and issued a notice advising against travelling to the country.
