Mexican president says will not hike taxes

MEXICO CITY - Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said on Tuesday he would not be sending any initiatives to Congress to increase taxes.

"There are no tax rises," Lopez Obrador told a regular government news conference.
