Russia detains 14 people for ties to pro-Ukrainian radical group - RIA

MOSCOW - Russia's FSB security service said on Friday it had detained 14 people suspected of being part of a pro-Ukrainian radical group in the Russian city of Saratov, the RIA news agency reported.
