Two injured after shots fired at California mall - media

(Reuters) – Two people were injured after shots were fired at a shopping mall in Bakersfield, California, media reported on Monday.

A shopper at the mall posted a video on twitter in which several shots were heard as people ran to hide.

Officials said the victims survived the initial shooting but their conditions were unknown, local ABC affiliate 23ABC reported.

Bakersfield police did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
