COLOGNOMONZESE, MILAN (Reuters) – The head of Italian broadcaster Mediaset <MS.MI> said on Monday he was very upbeat about reaching an agreement to end a long-running legal battle with Vivendi <VIV.PA> providing the French conglomerate did not move the goalposts.
