Magnitude 5.9 quake strikes Laos - EMSC

(Reuters) - A magnitude 5.9 quake struck Laos on Thursday, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) said.

The shallow quake was initially reported as a magnitude 6.0.
