PARIS (Reuters) - France fullback Thomas Ramos will start Toulouse's Top 14 game against Castres on Saturday eight days after being ruled out of the World Cup with an ankle injury.

Ramos twisted his ankle in Les Bleus's 33-9 Pool C victory against the United States on Oct 2, two days before the French federation replaced him with Vincent Rattez for the remainder of the tournament.

According to sports daily L'Equipe, the FFR said at the time that Ramos would be out for at least two games -- against England and for the quarter-finals.

Toulouse president Didier Lacroix said earlier this week that they had the 'administrative authorisation' to field Ramos.

France will play their quarter-final on Oct 20 at the Oita stadium.
