MOSCOW (Reuters) - A court in Moscow ruled to jail U.S.-Israeli citizen Naama Issachar for 7.5 years on Friday after convicting her on drug charges, a court spokeswoman said.

Issachar was arrested in April while in transit in a Moscow airport and accused of having 9 grams of cannabis in her bag, Israeli officials and Russian media have said.
