BERLIN (Reuters) - German Justice Minister Christine Lambrecht is planning harsher sanctions against corporate misconduct, the centre-left politician said on Thursday, with possible fines of up to 10% of a company's annual revenues.
Lambrecht added prosecutors should be obliged by law to investigate companies rather than having the right of choice.
