KIEV (Reuters) - Ukraine's president has submitted a draft law to parliament criminalising illicit enrichment by officials, a condition for receiving support from the International Monetary Fund, the parliament website showed on Wednesday.

Ukraine passed similar legislation in 2015, clearing the way for bailout loans from the IMF, but the constitutional court overturned that bill in February on the grounds that it contravened the presumption of innocence.
