BERLIN (Reuters) - European automobile manufacturers' association ACEA on Thursday said it expected European passenger car registrations to shrink by 1% in 2019, revising its previous forecast of 1% growth.
"Aside from the uncertainty due to Brexit and changing macroeconomic conditions, this represents a natural stabilisation of the market," ACEA Secretary General Erik Jonnaert said in statement.
ACEA now sees total EU car sales at just above 15 million units at the end of this year.
