MOSCOW (Reuters) - A Russian court granted early release to Chechen human rights advocate Oyub Titiev on Monday.
Titiev was sentenced to four years in a penal settlement in March after the court found him guilty of possessing illegal drugs, a charge his supporters say was trumped up.
