(Reuters) – Telford Homes Plc on Wednesday posted record annual revenue as an increased focus on build to rent contracts helped it navigate a tough housing market in London that has squeezed margins and hit profit.
Total revenue for the year ended March 31 was 354.3 million pounds, compared with 316.2 million pounds a year earlier, the homebuilder said on Wednesday.
