Trump welcomes Putin's statements on North Korea

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday praised Russian President Vladimir Putin's comments on North Korea this week following the Russian leader's summit with Pyongyang's Kim Jong Un.

Speaking to reporters at the White House, Trump also said China was helping with efforts aimed at the denuclearization of North Korea.
