U.S. to help improve commercial traffic on Mexican border - minister

MERIDA, Mexico (Reuters) - Mexican Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard said on Friday that U.S. officials have pledged to help improve the flow of commercial traffic across the two neighbours' shared border.
