MILAN (Reuters) - Italy's biggest utility Enel confirmed its targets for the year on Thursday after its ordinary net profit in 2018 rose 9.5 percent to broadly meet expectations.
The state-controlled utility, which gave preliminary results in February, said it would pay a dividend on last year's results of 0.28 euros per share, 18 percent higher than the previous year.
