Melrose to sell Walterscheid Powertrain Group for £200 million

(Reuters) - Turnaround specialist Melrose Industries Plc said on Wednesday it would sell its off-highway powertrain applications business Walterscheid Powertrain Group to One Equity Partners, a U.S.-based private equity firm for about 200 million pounds.

Melrose also said that its unit, Fokker Aerospace B.V, has completed the sale of its minority 43.57 percent interest in Société Anonyme Belge de Constructions Aéronautiques to Dassault Belgique Aviation S.A.
