(Reuters) - Ladbrokes owner GVC Holdings Plc said on Tuesday that it made plans to relocate servers hosting online gambling platforms to Ireland to continue seamless operations after Brexit.
The British sports betting and gaming company said it also implemented plans that involve operating those parts of its business which have customers in the European Union under Malta online gambling licenses.
The company also posted underlying profit before tax for the full year of £434.4 million, up from £151 million last year.
