LONDON (Reuters) - Julian Dunkerton, the founder and former boss of British fashion group Superdry, has convened a shareholders' meeting as he wants to return to the company's board.
Dunkerton and Superdry's co-founder James Holder own about 29 percent of the firm's equity.
"The purpose of the (shareholders') meeting is to put forth resolutions for the appointment of Julian Dunkerton and Peter Williams to the board of directors of Superdry," Dunkerton and Holder said in a joint statement.
