(Reuters) - Apparel maker Guess Inc said on Monday Chief Executive Officer Victor Herrero will be leaving the company on Feb. 2.

Carlos Alberini, head of jeans maker Lucky Brand and a former chief operating officer of Guess, will replace Herrero.
