For two years the Bosnian town of Velika Kladuša has been a bottleneck for migrants trying to get into the EU. Known in Bosnia as the “Rebel City”, it’s an area where locals throughout history have left for a better life elsewhere. Some even as refugees during the Balkan wars in the 1990’s.
