Magnitude 6.4 quake strikes off Kuril Islands - USGS

(Reuters) - An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.4 struck off Russia's Pacific coast on Tuesday, about 155 km south of Severo-Kurilsk in the Kuril Islands, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
