Eurozone bailout fund denies reports on Greek bank plan

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - The European Stability Mechanism, the euro zone's bailout fund, denied on Friday media reports about its involvement in a plan for Greek banks.

"Press reports about the ESM being part of preparatory work for a possible intervention plan in favour of Greek banks are wrong," the ESM said in a statement posted on Twitter.
