SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS, Belgium (Reuters) - Mercedes driver Valtteri Bottas and Renault's Nico Hulkenberg will start Sunday's Belgian Grand Prix from the back of the grid after engine penalties are applied, race stewards said on Friday.
Bottas has a completely new power unit for the 13th race of the season, which puts the Finn -- fourth in the championship but 81 points behind team mate Lewis Hamilton -- over his allocation for the season on certain components.
Hulkenberg, who is seventh, has also exceeded his allocation.
